PRINCIPAL
For the past two decades, I have been involved in hundreds of building envelope restoration roof system replacement and repair projects, while completing thousands of visual roof condition evaluations and non-destructive roof moisture surveys from 1,000 square feet to over 1,000,000 square feet.

I have experience inspecting and designing various roof systems on both low and steep slope applications, including asphalt shingles, clay and concrete tile, standing seam metal, SBS modified bitumen, BUR, EPDM, PVC, and TPO membranes. I can accurately assess roofing installation problems and provide prescriptive resolutions.
I develop written reports and provide recommendations for repair and/or replacement with anticipated budget estimates. I am proficient at writing specifications for roof repairs, roof system replacement and proactive maintenance programs.
My background has given me extensive technical knowledge and experience that allows me to be a valued partner and resource for designers, building owners, facility managers and contractors. I strive to provide accurate reporting and budgeting – from small repairs and restorations to capital replacement projects. My goal is to provide effective long-term solutions that will help extend the life of our client’s assets.
I am a licensed, FAA 107 Remote (drone) Pilot and Level I sUAS Certified Thermographer.
